Meridian Finance Company, LLC structures mezzanine financing for real estate companies interested in acquiring commercial real estate properties and sale-lease back transactions. Typically Meridian structures mezzanine financing to provide borrower’s with capital necessary to complete a 1031 exchange offering or a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) transaction. These products are designed to provide an additional layer of financing to bridge the gap between a traditional senior mortgage and investor equity. Loans are typically secured by a pledge of partnership interests.
