Vienna, VA - Meridian Investments, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of R4 Housing Partners XXV LP. R4 Housing Partners XXV LP raised $371,000,000 of investor equity commitments and will acquire interests in seventeen affordable multi-family rental properties located in ten states: California, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington. Fifteen corporations have invested in the fund. Thirteen of the fifteen investors have invested in prior R4 offerings. R4 Housing Partners XXV HP will result in the creation and preservation of 2,426 affordable housing units for families and seniors.

Investor demand allowed for R4 Housing Partners XXV LP equity raise to increase above its original $275,000,000 offering amount. As a result of investor demand, four properties were added to the fund increasing the affordable units created or preserved by an additional 442 units.

The closing of R4 Housing Partners XXIV, LP increases R4 Capital’s LIHTC equity AUM to over $6.8 billion with over 140 investors.

R4 Housing Partners XXIV LP raised $344,000,000 of investor equity and will acquire interests in eighteen affordable multi-family rental properties located in sixteen states: Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Twelve corporations invested in the fund. Ten of the twelve investors have invested in prior R4 offerings. R4 Housing Partners XXIV will result in the creation and preservation of 2,711 affordable housing units for families and seniors. Units within the fund have set asides for extremely low-income households, families that have individuals with disabilities, single parents, or at risk of homeless individuals. Investor demand allowed for the R4 Housing Partners XXIV LP equity raise to increase above its original $305,000,000 offering amount.
